A vegan/vegetarian option will always be available to those who have requested vegetarian meals during registration. Life-threatening allergens (ie., tree nuts and shellfish) are kept separate from the main food prep and communal serving areas, but CRC cannot guarantee there will not be some chance of cross-contamination and exposure; campers are advised of this risk. CRC will provide plant-based milk and gluten-free wraps or bread. Because of kitchen limitations, CRC is unable to accommodate special diets or preferences. We encourage guests to bring what they need to manage personal dietary choices when packing for camp. Be mindful, however, of attracting mice and other animals to cabins, so please bring containers to seal your food items and store them in your car. Dispose of trash and recycling at the Housekeeping shed.
